REGENT DATATECH PVT. LTD. is a Company incorporated on 9th January, 1991 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956.

Since its inception to 1995, the Company was busy in carrying out the activities related to various Banks' Job Work for data processing mainly pertaining to Capital Market i.e. Processing Share/Debenture Applications Forms, their Allotment and Refunds etc.

Mr. Navin J. Desai, is the Managing Director and Shri M. Balasubramanian, Executive Director of the Company.

Shri Navin J. Desai is the founder of the unique Project of Interactive CD and being a Professional along with Shri M. Balasubramanian a Technocrat provide technical support to the project. The success of the project is the result of skills, expertise, experience, intellectual and analytical abilities of both of the Directors and contribution made by sincere and hardworking staff.

The company has started marketing cum services office/centers at New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ernakulam and Pune.

The product, being an unique database, has been accepted by various Government Organisations, High Courts, Corporate Sectors and Prominent Law Professionals, Law Firms and Individuals.
